Ok. So the liq CIA from arr is dosed .5 mg per day correct? Or do I start with more then level it out?

HGW didn't do much for me. I took it before my workouts to increase pump but effects were very minimal.

Ummmm... Are we talking boners here? Cuz I've heard that HGW can take up to 2 months to have any effect on the body and even after that... it's very minimal. Cialis on the other hand kicks in within 30 minutes and usually puts a big smile on my wife's face.

Felt affects of HGW mainly for boners almost right away, mild though
