I'm not crazy about watching it on tv but I try to go to the NHRA drags at sears point very year. Especially the first day Friday the last hour or 2 is dark so you can really see the flames. One year I managed to sit in the tower suite at the starting line and the glasses on the bar would rattle around when the cars took off. Even better me and my buddy managed to get up on the roof and you could see the shockwave of sound rattle the whole building not to mention the exhaust blew my hat off.

I'm absolutely nuts about it! Even planned our honeymoon around the englishtown meeting last year. In Australia the competition here isn't comparable

I love drag racing, used to run two 72 camaros, ss and z28. Dam I miss that, but trying to find a new one now 71 1/2 z28 LT1
