Age 45
Goal is to tone up with a focus on overall health and fitness through diet, exercise and supplements.

HGC
Nolvadex
Clomid
Aromasin
I have been taking HGH for just over a year now 5/2 and 4iu ed.
For myself, lean muscle and endurance is preferable to BB. Would someone please offer a cycle suggestion?
