How is this effective? Is 2 weeks really enough time to make gains on the second blast? I've read ronnie Rowland's sticky where he advocates running cycles like this, even first time users, 8 week blast, 2 week cruise, 8 week blast, 2 week cruise, pct, however more experiences users or those on TRT can continue this for longer, has anyone actually tried this protocol and does this work better than 8 week blast/8 week cruise?
