I'm about to order some, but there are quite a few different options - I want to make sure what I get is quality/optimal.

I see:

Freeze dried stinging nettle
Nettle Root extract
Nettle Root
Nettle Leaf
Nettle Herb
Stinging Nettle root extract
Nettle Root - powder

with all these options, I'm overwhelmed. None are particularly pricey, so I want to order what's best. Any ideas?
