I have used it. My dosing protocol is about 4-5g pre-workout with an additional 3-4g later in the afternoon. The reaction will greatly depend on a number of factors including the amount of food in your stomach and the amount you take. Also, once you've been taking it a while, it won't be as noticeable. I think it's great, you won't see anything crazy results-wise, but I definitely notice when I don't take it.
