    Need someone advice???

    My buddy is on gear and we were talking lastnight, and he told me that the gains i make on my cycle will leave soon as i come off.Is this true????

    The cycle i have not started but it will be
    Test e for 10-12 weeks

    Lot's of variables here. You certainly won't keep all of them. But most inexperienced users will lose most if not all gains. Probably best to list your stats/cycle/PCT/Diet.

    ^^^agree

    Its not just to have cycle planed but good PCT and right diet to be able to recover and keep as much as you can.

    Like said above this can be true.Lots of guys will put on 20lbs on a cycle.But they dont eat enough to support those gains.

    It will be my first cycle and i can eat with no problem.but when i start my stats should be
    5'10
    170-175lbs
    12-15%Bf
    2700-3000 cal a day 50/30/20
    Test e 500 ml wk
    Armidex during
    Nolva
    Clomid

    Problem 1- No hCG. Your HPTA is probably shut down which means your natural test production will be nil when you come off. Low natural test equals loss of gains.

    Problem 2- Your diet is better suited for cutting than bulking. You'll have a hard time keeping any gains with those macro ratios; not enough carbs.

    From who? You should not listen to whatever idiot told you that. You need to keep calories at a surplus even after coming off.

    My first post was a bit of a joke. You typed 500 ml when you meant 500mg. 500 ml would be an insane amount of any type of test.

    Honestly it is what it is. You can only do what you can, thats why it so important to have a real solid base, diet in check and sleep/recovery ready. As long as you eat as much as possible, train and sleep you cant do anything else but have a top notch PCT set up. I recommend dropping clomid and add hcg.

    It depends on your metabolism, but I would go with a 40/40/20 macro split, at the very least. Maybe even bump the carbs more; they'll help you hold on to the mass.n

    There are differing positions on this, but I wouldn't be afraid to put on a few percent BF after coming off. Nothing drastic but do everything you can to create an anabolic environment. Keep in mind that your body is going to try and plunge into a catabolic state when you cycle off; your test will be low which inevitably results in high cortisol levels. In order to head this off, you'll need to train smart (don't over do it) and friggin eat.

    I used to always do this and it helped. I would increase my carbs for 2 months pct after then go into a cut diet. It takes a strong person to increase BF after a cycle though .

    I was kosher as long as I still had ab definition. I had a training partner overdo it once, he washed his abs out and went apeshit with cutting two weeks into his PCT. Poor guy ended up three pounds lighter than he was before the cycle!

    I feel bad now, I made fun of him for being a fatty for two weeks and then picked on him for being too skinny and wasting a cycle after...

    No, no.... You need to eat clean but your carbs and calories will be relatively high.

    A macro split of 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat is what you're looking at. You calorie surplus depends on your metabolism.

    So run hcg instead of the clomid and keep my cals high about 500 -600 cal above maintenance macros being 50% carbs 30 carb 20 fat and i should keep some gains

    It's going to be different for everyone. I do really well with 40/40/20. Upping my carbs to 50% or higher makes me put on fat like crazy. Eat at a surplus but don't eat shit. I'm not sure how you got that idea.

    You're right. I always had to keep carbs a little higher to hold on to mass after a cycle. The calorie surplus was what I really needed to watch; any macro split above 500 calories a day put fat on me.
