Lot's of variables here. You certainly won't keep all of them. But most inexperienced users will lose most if not all gains. Probably best to list your stats/cycle/PCT/Diet.

Like said above this can be true.Lots of guys will put on 20lbs on a cycle.But they dont eat enough to support those gains.

Problem 1- No hCG. Your HPTA is probably shut down which means your natural test production will be nil when you come off. Low natural test equals loss of gains.
Problem 2- Your diet is better suited for cutting than bulking. You'll have a hard time keeping any gains with those macro ratios; not enough carbs.

Honestly it is what it is. You can only do what you can, thats why it so important to have a real solid base, diet in check and sleep/recovery ready. As long as you eat as much as possible, train and sleep you cant do anything else but have a top notch PCT set up. I recommend dropping clomid and add hcg.

It depends on your metabolism, but I would go with a 40/40/20 macro split, at the very least. Maybe even bump the carbs more; they'll help you hold on to the mass.n
There are differing positions on this, but I wouldn't be afraid to put on a few percent BF after coming off. Nothing drastic but do everything you can to create an anabolic environment. Keep in mind that your body is going to try and plunge into a catabolic state when you cycle off; your test will be low which inevitably results in high cortisol levels. In order to head this off, you'll need to train smart (don't over do it) and friggin eat.

I was kosher as long as I still had ab definition. I had a training partner overdo it once, he washed his abs out and went apeshit with cutting two weeks into his PCT. Poor guy ended up three pounds lighter than he was before the cycle!
I feel bad now, I made fun of him for being a fatty for two weeks and then picked on him for being too skinny and wasting a cycle after...![]()
Oh didn't relize (500ml)....so just eat like shit not caring about cals
So run hcg instead of the clomid and keep my cals high about 500 -600 cal above maintenance macros being 50% carbs 30 carb 20 fat and i should keep some gains
