    skipping work

    Have a chance to meet jay cutler this wednesday do i skip work or do i just wait till hes back in town? Have any of you skipped a day at work to meet a pro?

    I've skipped work because it's sunny outside. If you can get away with it dude, go for it. It'll all be there the following day.

    I don't really need to skip work. My contaract with the hospital has me working every Fri and Sat 12hrs a day and pays me for 40. When I train I set my own hrs and can change them around as I see fit.

    When I was a kid I would do things like that.No pun but as I got older I just dont think they are any better than anyone else.I use to worship those guys.Then I met some lineman from the Rams in a bar one nite.I wasnt impressed.

    Woke up, straight into my usual routine and here i am at work having my morning coffee.....shit! If im lucky my gf can get a pic with him or something if her breaks are on time shouldnt be too hard hes going to be nextdoor..

    I would quit my job and tell my boss to ducken blow me if I had to choose between meeting Jay and skipping work... Well that is if I just said hey I'm taking off to meet my idol and he wouldn't let me.... If there's something that really makes you happy that comes up and you work in a job you can't just take off a day then why not start looking for another job

    If your talking about St. Louis rams linemen then there performance over the past I decade shows there not that impressive..... Now Jay Cutler on the other hand is a completely different standard IMHO

    Hahah you right HP, well I didn't skip work but my gf got her break and waited 40mins in line to get a picture with him! I got sent a really good pic and she grabbed a signed poster I think I'm in love again lol.
