    Welcome to the board mate!

There's a kid at the gym, staffer, that has a similar physique as you (ectomorph). About a year ago, he started hitting it hard, and this is also when he started eating about 500 cals/day above his TDEE. He's doing this natty, and is about 22. During this time, I'd say he's put on 15 or 20 lbs of muscle. not bad for 1 year of natty gains.

The truth is, what you do in the kitchen controls how big you get. What you do in the gym controls how muscular you become. put the two together, and you have a winning combo.

don't loook to drugs to do the heavy lifting (hard work) for you. That comes from within.

    Good luck!

    KITCHEN IS FIRST
    MULTI, OMEGAS, BCAA IS SECOND
    PROPER GYM ROUTINE IS THIRD
    TIME IS FOURTH

......... after that if you venture into AAS

My stats Bro west coaster too...

6'3 150-160 ish before lifting in say 2008

    TODAY

    6'3 current 215 prolly 10%bf...

competed in men's physique last year at189 at like4-5% bf

Over the little sh** though I'm on bulk mode to get to like 240-250 lbs then cut and sit at 220 at bout 4% bf..... maintain at around 6-7 on off season.

Sooooo. Like I said on top message get all those down and you will succeed. Don't bs you have to grind out to get what you want. Ronnie Coleman said it best. Everybody wants to get big but no body wants to work out.. so get after it broooo

Welcome. I started 6'4" 155lbs I couldn’t gain weight no matter what I ate. I started lifting weights and eating six small well balanced meals a day. Since working out I have been as heavy as 295lbs. I have never had BF% over 16%. Eight years later I now weigh 265lbs 12.5% BF.
I would visit the nutrition section and follow their advice. Also I would hit the weights with a vengeance.

You guys gave so much good advice. I have spent the past 5 hours on these forums just reading and gathering so much info. I'm going to setup a nice game plan then start my transformation....
