Sust is pretty notorious for pip. Not only that but 3ml in one site is likely to cause soreness too. You should be fine after a few injections you won't even feel it anymore

Could be the prop in the sust but you may of just moved a little with the needle its very easily done when stretching around for flute shots.
As long as there's no redness/ heat you will be fine

Remember that needle is like a sword inside your body
Just 1mm movement is like waving it around inside you making loads small cuts to your muscle fibres
