Id start at 12mg/day split into 2-6mg doses. First thing in am then in afternoon. Dont try to cut cals during pct though or it will cost you severely. Albut is not a bad idea in pct at all but cutting is. Albut could help you minimize fat gain while actually aiding in gains retention provided adequate calories are taken in
