Just wondering if gyno ways starts with small lump under nipple?
I had small lump almost under armpit/very top outer side of pec, been taking AI EOD. Feels tender, all most like pimple which I'm hoping it is
No other signs or symptoms.

Anyone?? All info I have read suggest gyno starts with small lump under nipple area? Also how long can these take to develop? ( 500ngs/week test e, 30mg/day DBOL) my little lump developed overnight, week 6 of cycle. That's why I'm leaning towards a pimple under skin rather than gyno

If it isn't behind nipple it is most likely something else.

I had same problem, it was swollen lymph node and went away after about week.

Thanks guys, I'm 99% sure it's a lymph node.

I would see a doctor if it continues. But I think you're right about it being a lymph node. They swell all the time. It's normal, usually when you have a cut or injury somewhere to help control infection. Other things can make them swell too. If the problem persists, see a doctor.
