    Blood pressure

hey so I been checking my blood pressure and the last 2 days it's been high at 142 systolic and 82 diastolic... what's usually the plan of attack in a situation like this? I am on my first ever cycle of test enth 500mg per week and dbol 25mg ED. I am also on arimidex and Formastanzol.

Maybe a little high, but nothing to be overly concerned about.

Test and Dbol? I'm surprised it isn't higher.
Not a huge deal, but you could try some natural remedies for now.

Try baby Asprin (80-100mg) before bed every night and see if you can manage to get systolic BP down to low 130's.

Combined with cardio ED, you should be able to get it down to mid 120's.

Take it easy on sodium, drink more water, fish oils definitely help as already advised.

No need for BP medication at this point, since your numbers are not to be concerned over.

You have not written one important thing, how old are you. I’m 46 and my systolic BP is 145 and diastolic is 90. For my age it is nothing to worry, considering the sport that I do and that I take AAS. But I advise you aspirin a day, regular cardio and moderate use of salt and spices.

Nope. Was up to 180/90 last summer on Tren. And went to 150/80 on test and dbol. Have bp meds and they didn't do much. Hawthorn berry had me to normal levels in 3 weeks. And if I quit taking it whileon cycle, it goes back up. I currently take 900mg a day

I checked again today and my systolic BP is up to 152 today and dia at 82.... for the guy who was asking, I am 23... 5''6 184lbs. I have been on fish oils and hawthorn since day 1 of my cycle.. I will continue to check my BP daily... what numbers do I start to get concerned?... I will start adding daily cardio. I was only doing 3 pretty weak cardio workouts a week. I have alrdy finished just over 3 weeks of dbol would it help my BP if I just dropped it right now?

Good advice here. Add in hawthorn and celery seed extract and you should be good to go.
Stay away from the BP meds for now.

If diastolic gets over 100 then something else needs to be done. But I agree your not too bad now.

Use LOTS of fish oils (I use 6g x3/day), I like the aspirin, and hawthorn berry.

Drink tons of water! I dring 2-3 gallons/day. This is just good practice for several reasons.

How much longer are you planning on running the dbol? Should be done soon right?

If your BP is above 140 mmHg Systolic and a Diastolic blood pressure more than 90 mmHg on more than three consecutive readings than you should see a doctor. Coenzyme Q10 reduces blood pressure by up to 17 mmhg over 10 mmhg. Either 4 grams of fish oils or fish oils providing 2.04 grams of EPA and 1.4 grams of DHA per day reduces BP. I would take krill instead of fish oil. The phospholipid structure of the EPA and DHA in krill oil makes them much more absorbable. Krill oil also contains vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin D and canthaxanthin, which is a potent anti-oxidant. The anti-oxidant potency of krill oil is 48 times more potent than fish oil.
