whats the best way to treat gyno? can i do it without surgery or ruining my body?

We're gonna need some more info. How long have you had the gyno? Is it from puberty or using AAS? Age , weight, body fat %?

i think its fron puberty. i ran a test e cycle last year and it made the lumps known to me, but ive always had puffy nips, they just got a bit worse. bf is low, probley 8-9% Weigh about 85 kg

If it's old gyno, you may need surgery. If not, I would avoid letro. It's a strong compound and while it can help, it may cause other issues for you.

Consider one of the following protocols:

1. Raloxifene: Dose at 60mg daily until gyno is reversed. You can go up to 80mg daily.
2. Tamoxifen: Dose at 40mg daily for one week, then 20mg every day until gyno is reversed.

Both methods above will take time. Maybe serveral months depending on severity and how you respond. So be patient.

Seriously, as stated previously, surgery will be your best option but you can try the above if you like, I think it will be a waste of time and money.
