Help with Mid Cycle Blood Work

Im currently on the 9th week of a 12 weel cycle. I plan on getting blood work done to make sure everything is going smoothly.

I used PrivateMDLabs.com labs before I started my cycle and got a basic Testosterone test done. If Im correct I should get a test that checks my Test, LH, FSH, and Estradiol.

PrivateMDLabs has a test that checks these and it's called "Female Hormone Panel." Im hearing that this is the correct test for males to have done and I just want to make sure that this is correct? Or, is there a different one I should get?

Before you check out it will give you the option for male/female. When you go to the site you can find it either way, male/female. Same test.

Only problem is they do not show your sensitive E2 but you will get the idea if it's high or not and thats what matters most.

I just got my results back and they are as follow:

Testosterone: >1500 ng/dL
Luteinizing Hormone: 0.1 mIU/mL
FSH: <0.2 mIU/mL
Estradiol: 59.5 pg/mL
AST (SGOT): 47 IU/L

Can someone please break down what these numbers mean and if I need to make any adjustments. Thanks.

Your Test is up there where it should be.

Your sex hormones (FSH and LH) are shut down but that's normal on cycle.

Your Estrogen is bit high. Is this the sensitive Male Estradiol assay? How do you feel?


Be patient and one of the HRT Specialists will see your thread and provide you with feedback better than i can with my limited knowledge.

Just saw some history on planned cycle, seems it's 500mg per week. Your gear is underdosed. Your levels should be double what they are now, at least.

Please post your bw ranges.

If his test was like mine they use labcor and they cap out at 1500.. So it could be 3000 but u don't know.

ive seen some labcorps post actual numbers, I think it depends on what location. I think Patrick gets actual numbers from labcorps
