6'5 currently 217 at about 11% from 242 3 months ago, always been skinny fat but tried bulking but gained alot of bf but still ate healthy. I would say im currently athletic shape as most would say...but my stomach is skinny fat for sure. I worry if i keep losing weight ill just be skinny and not define...I workout atleast 5 days a week, very intense and do sprints after every workout, I feel i can make significant gains in muscle definition and fat loss, i feel like i am just getting "skinny" overall. Ill post my diet for you, I really desire to have a physique competitors body, so with any help i would love it.
