    ClickClackBOOM's log.

I am a new member, but have posted in the nutrition section already looking for advice. I think I have a good diet going (with what little options I have) and have seen some pretty satisfying results. I am new to bodybuilding and would like to keep this thread to share progress and get any advice on how I may improve!

I plan on getting some measurements in here sometime soon, but right now I'm a 24 year old male weighing 180 sitting at just below 16% body fat. When I posted in the nutrition forum I was about the same weight (couple pounds heavier) at 18%.

I have started a bulk lifting cycle to supercharge my mass and strengths and just completed the second week, or phase 2, of the body building pendulum workout. I really enjoy this workout and have already seen strength gains. Like I said, ill get y'all some measurements in here soon and once I'm able to post pictures ill throw some in here also. If anyone has any advice, please feel free to post. I am always open to others opinions. Especially because I am new to the community!

Oh, I wanted to also ask that ever since I've started the pendulum workout I've been crazy hungry all the time. Is this normal with a workout like this? Ill admit that once or twice I e cheated my diet, but for the most part Ive stuck to it. I also include long cardio on my off days with short cardio on on days. I like to run, but not sure if this is advisable?!?

Here's a great style workout for you. Put together by Baseline. Do this with good nutrition and you'll see progress!

I know I said I was going to post some stats, sorry its late. All I have are some measurements of my body from November 11th. These measurements were taken before I started the 3rd phase of the pendulum workout. I am currently in my final phase of the first cycle of the pendulum workout. I have most definitely seen strength increases and plan on doing at least one more cycle of the pendulum workout. Measurements are as follows. I was 180lbs (about 82kg):

    Neck circumference: 41cm
    Chest: 109.8 cm
    Bicep: 37 cm
    Forearm: 30.7 cm
    Shoulders (width): 54.3 cm
    Waist: 87 cm
    Upper leg: 55.3 cm
    Calves: 40.8 cm

I definitely feel the need to work on my midsection/waist area. How do these numbers sound for someone relatively new to the sport? Any advice will be much appreciated. Will post my phase 1 & 5 differences once I finish the week. Is there any other information that might be useful for y'all to help with any advice?

Here's a couple photos. I know there pretty bad, I don't have a self timing camera. Just have my phone. It's weird, when I first started to get back into lifting I looked thinner but now that I've been bulking, I've become stronger but really haven't gained much weight (about 2.5kg) and I think it looks like there's more fat then before.

Finished my second cycle of the pendulum workout, seen great results. A coworker (and lifting partner) turned me on to Dr. Stoppani's 12 week shortcut to size. We will be starting that workout in the next couple of days. Already did a couple workouts from this program and I'm excited to get started with it. Has anyone tried this workout? kelkel, I still have that recommended workout in the back of my head and still intend on trying it. Kinda want to get a little more experience under my belt before I try it though.

Been awhile since I've posted. This was taken about a month ago. I'm seeing some great results! Staying motivated and hitting hard. It feels great, gotta say!
