35 years old last year weight 255 today I am 186 the doctor told me I had type 2 diabetes so take insulin and pills or exercise and loose weight ( blood sugar aic normal) now I am stuck at this level skinny fat I would guess- I have been lifting a lot more than cardo last few months well here my diet I try to keep sugar and complex carbs low so my sugar level stays low
6am 3 cups egg beaters
10am Celery and natural peanut butter
12. Protein shake
2. 8 oz chicken Spinish broccoli mushrooms
4. Oatmeal with cinnamon
6. Another protein shake
After gym 8ish. chicken Spiniish broccoli
140 to 175 oz of water
I have controlled cheat day once a week
