Estradiol Level

I've been on 400 mg of test & 400 mg eq & 250 iu of hcg twice a week.. Also was taking .25 EOD of arimidex.. About 3 weeks ago my nipples started getting sore and felt a lump so I upped my dose of arimidex to.50 ED which didn't get any better.. I decided to start letro at .25 ED which after a few days the soreness got better but still felt a lump.. I upped it to .625 ED which I've been doing for about a week which has improved some.. I got an estradoil sensitive test done this past Friday which came back at 344.. Last week I dropped my hcg completely.. I also cut my test and eq to 300mg each. I've been on this cycle for 6 weeks. I did take some other blood work but it won't be in until tomorrow.. Need some advice.. Thank you

you can add nolva if AI alone is not working. hope your AI are from good sources though.
