    Creating.

Hi, creatine works well for me, I use twice a year for 10 weeks, I take 5 mg a day, don't get a bad stomach, I know what the recommended dose is, has anyone had any experience with taking more to reach saturation quicker, I was thinking 10-15 mg a day without loading.

You can, but from what I've read, loading isn't really necessary.
Do a search if you want to read more, there are a TON of Creatine FAQ threads here.

Assuming you meant grams right dickster? 5mg creatine wouldn't do anything. i was going to shorten your nym for brevity to 1 syllable but changed my mind hehe

Current research shows that there is no need for a loading phase.

Thanks, thought you had to come off it as you body reaches saturation and so it stops having effect, will try staying with it for longer. Dickster

You don't build "tolerance" to it as you do with AAS, etc. It's a naturally occurring nutrient in the body. Making sure you have an adequate supply simply ensures you have optimum ATP reuptake, and H2O retention in muscle tissue.
