3rd week of Mast Acne just came out of no where

Running 600mgs of mast e 450mg test c a week

Acne has gotten absolutely awful. So bad I would be embarrassed to take of my shirt. Its not really on my chest but I am getting these small pimples on my stomach and from right below my arm pit down to waist. Some are these big ones that arent even popable.


I cant imagine it being my estrogen. My estorgen is fine at 250 mg a week during trt and I figured with the bump intest and mast acting as an AI I would be ok. I also through .25 dex 2x's a week to try and gauge.

Any suggestions because I am super bummed. The vascularity in these fews weeks has been great. I really was looking forward to seeing the finished result but not looking like this

I am prone to acne but nothing that is terrible. Probably 5-6 pimples between chest and back.
