well, i'm breaking up my meals throughout the day. i'm eating a lot of egg, very little protein powder, chicken, fish, and beef. i throw in vegatables with everything. Also, i'm eating oatmeal throughout the day. -i get compliments on my body. i've been lifting for 3 years and last year i got really into routines. i'm not as jacked at bdos900, but i get compliments, so i'm on my way. also, i've done probaly close to 30 hours of reading on the kinds of AAS i'm using. my routines come from a great book. the internet is useful to a point. i find books more on point. i've been lurking since 2011. i know it's not a long time, but i'm 30+ years old and this will be my 5th cycle. AAS have done nothing but help me with my career
