    routein to more 30 kg every week ?

    my lifting is too weak !! i gust can bench 5 kg !! squat 10 kg only !!

    i want some routein to break my lifts ....i want to lift more 30 kilos every week ...ever if i must eat 5000 kcal and train 7 days a week ..


    i need help please

    last time i was went to gym my lifting just was 5 kg bench, 10 kg squat !!!

    yup after one month at gym i could not increase my lifts more than this !!!

    i am 59 kg bw

    my calories is 2500 kcal

    80-120 g protein

    40 g fats

    Want's to treble his lifts in one week, then increase by 30 kilos each and every week?
