    Honestly what are the chances after I PCT (600mg test e EW) that I will need TRT? Age=25

    No one can answer that for sure but if your cycle is done right with hcg included and a good pct you should recover

    Regardless of atrophy hcg maintains testicular function during the administration of exogenous testosterone. I would never cycle without it
