It depends in the gear you get... With those stats i think you could still make a lot of gains natty before jumping on gear. 165 is a little light for your height
I am light so I'm trying to add about 10 or so pounds. Should I frontload the first shot? I'm very cut just need weight and all these GNC products do zero for me to gain weight. And yes I'm a newbie here. Any help is appreciated
What's your BF, LBM, and TDEE? If you aren't eating above your TDEE (usually 500 or more cals above), it won't matter what you inject because you wouldn't be eating enough to support growth. There is no way around that.Originally Posted by Psu fsu

See if you can calculate your LBM and TDEE. That will give you your maintenance calories - the amount of food you need to eat to maintain your current LBM. If you want to gain, you need to eat more than your TDEE for your LBM every day.Originally Posted by Psu fsu

I personally think eating enough is the hardest part. But its usually the hardest part for everyone once they actually look into it. So truussst me. Look into it. If u haven't u more likely aren't eating enough n u may even have to train yourself to eat more. Let alone eat right. Then n only then look at ur options.
N did I hear someone say. They did a few different compounds n was crap. Then did one compound n was great. The one compound being Sus. I know it ain't different compounds its different esters. But that deeeeefffo don't make it "better". Only the actual quality. Yous still likely have to move onto other compounds eventually as just a mix of 4 varying esters of the same compound while good as a base for may 5-6 cycles the aromatization if u simply kept upping the dose without upping ai would be through the roof. I'm pure test e as a base myself. But prefer to switch with deca n other such compounds.

At the risk o getting flamed ( don't worry, I've got thick skin ), I'll chime in again...
Sure, eating better, and working out more, is always good, but... The truth is, especially if the OP really is 37, eating well, working out, AND taking a moderate dose of Test will work wonders!! Keep eating well, post cycle, and those gains are easily keepable. Especially if one is below ones genetic potential.
Now, people will jump in and say "but, he doesn't need AAS, at this time"... Sure, but NO ONE needs AAS!! I would guess that only one in one thousand people, that "juice", actually make money by the addition of steroids to their lives. So, why do it? Because we are adults, who choose to, because we can.
So, Psu fsu, read everything here. Learn. Be smart. Have your chosen AI, and your PCT, on hand, before you start. Keep it simple, with a long ester test, and nothing else. Eat lots of clean foods, train like crazy, and you will be blown away by how much you will gain!
