Hi everybody -
I was a member long ago with a different log-in, but then got a great coach who answered all my many questions. But now I'm pretty much on my own, and still have a lot to learn in this iron game. So, I'm baaaack!

I'm old, but not giving up on living the bodybuilding lifestyle. Between the diet, cardio, and the training, it works for me. I look forward to working with you, hearing your thoughts and ideas, and sometimes maybe making a suggestion.

For now I'm still competing in powerlifting, and spend a bit of time on Krav Maga.
At the end of the day just remember this - girls just wanna have fun!!
