Arimdex and HCG are covered by insurance for women because "on label" the medications are for breast cancer and fertility. These meds are used "off label" in men and unless you have great insurance or sneak it by your carrier insurance will not cover these. Every state is different, I know. Some of you are lucky if you get coverage. Ins coverage for TRT is all coming to a screeching halt in 2014 with Obama Healthcare. Insurance companies are a mess and hemorraging $$$. The first cuts are going to be for elective treatments...and yes TRT sadly falls into this catagory. it will be the first to go. If you were to do the exact same treatment we offer, labs, doc visits, ect; it would cost you upwards of 5K per year. We've made this medicine affordable to everyone. That was the goal. BCBS and major insurance co. in most states will only cover testosterone cyp if your total is under 300ng/dl.
