Hello everyone, i need some advice from you guys.
A little story of me, i have 21 years old, i was very fat, 110 kg at 16 years, now i have 85 and i dont know what to do to lose another 5 kg, 2 months ago i was at 80 kg but i dont know what i do and now i have again 85, everything i do, how much i train and how much cardio i do i never lose more than 1 kg, please help me
I have a 5-6 meal/day diet, based on protein.
