    sleep trouble

    Anyone know of tried n test product for sleep. I'm UK btw. Thanks

    Melatonin 3mg before bed and/or some ZMA.

    I couple the melatonin with chamomile tea. Really helped me!

    10mg melatonin and It does the trick

    Do you have trouble falling alseep (restless) or have trouble falling into a deep sleep...or both?

    Melatonin worked well for me for a while, but when I finally made it to 20mg per night I got the doc to script me ambien. It works well for me most nights, but still have issues occasionally.

    Also try GABA along with the melatonin

    Melatonin works great, and from my experience got rid of the crazy dreams while taking ZMA's.
