When I decided I wanted to get into bodybuilding I weighed 153lbs. I bulked up naturally to about 190 and when I dieted down to 6% I was 167. Next go around I bulked up to right at 200lbs, took an enormous amount of food, I mean borderline ridiculous. Again, still natural and I dieted down to 6% again and this time I weighed 171. After that I said screw this I'm using gear. I then easily bulked up to 220 with far less food, was leaner than 200lbs naturally. For the next few years I'd bulk up to 220-230 (one year almost 240, way too fat) and I would diet down to 195-197 and would hold a BF of 4-5%. That's my story.
As far as how I looked, well I looked awesome at all my weights natural or not, but that's just because I'm awesome
