Diet/Exer: I eat a keto style diet, low carb, high fat animal protein. I take vyvanse (adhd amph med), so I don't eat to much, maybe 300-600 calories a day. I do rigorous combative sports every day for 1-3 hours.
I am looking to use some supplements for a cycle, but I am very new to this and need some help. I want to lose weight but get ripped and have strength at the same time. Thinking of Stanozolol and trenbolone together but I don't know. I don't want to touch anything that converts into estrogen, or anything unsafe. Please help me out! Thank you!
