    Talking Help! New juicer! Which cycle?

    6' tall
    230 lbs
    somewhere beetween 19-23 BF%
    18 years old

    Diet/Exer: I eat a keto style diet, low carb, high fat animal protein. I take vyvanse (adhd amph med), so I don't eat to much, maybe 300-600 calories a day. I do rigorous combative sports every day for 1-3 hours.

    I am looking to use some supplements for a cycle, but I am very new to this and need some help. I want to lose weight but get ripped and have strength at the same time. Thinking of Stanozolol and trenbolone together but I don't know. I don't want to touch anything that converts into estrogen, or anything unsafe. Please help me out! Thank you!

    you dont need AAS
    you got many years of natural training ahead of you before even thinking of running steroids... trust me you will need your balls later, no need to damage them now and end up with ED for rest of your life. its horrible at your age...

    You have to be 18 to be a member so we are assuming that's my age. And I posted here because I accidently posted up there, and I didn't know how to delete it. So there is nothing I can do anabolic wise?

    So, what you are saying, is that you are 15?

    Anabolics should not be in your future for the next decade. Diet and training should be the cornerstone of what you do. You already have good stats, imagine how good you can be when you are really 18 with all that natural test you are producing.

    Yea I know, but I need some help right now. I need a competitive edge since I'm trying to take states in wrestling. This is my choice, anything that's borderline healthy to take. I mean, winstrol isn't all that bad right? I'm trying to drop fat anyhow, and I'm struggling doing it.

    "Competitive edge"....ya its called hitting the weight room & wrestling room and busting your ass. At 15yo you need to be wrestling the juniors and seniors and getting your ass handed to you every day to get better. Use this forum to learn how to eat and lift, NOT learn how to take steroids.

    So taking steroids at my age is bad? even the alternative legal ones? I work super hard, but I don't see any gains.... Anything else I can do/take other than the obvious.....

    You're 230 pounds, eat 500g quality protein a day and run for 30 minutes 2x daily 4 days a week, lift 3 days a week, and every 6 weeks take a week off to let your body rest.

    If you stick around here and READ you'll find much more comprehensive answers than what I just gave you, but honestly at 20% bf anything will help.

    It probably is. **** it, I'm gonna buy winstrol and do something like 50 mg daily. I just need to figure out if I should combine it with test or something, any ideas....?

    Taking steroids at your age is very bad, and taking them to win state is worse. Put in the work, in the gym, on the mat, on the diet and the education about working out. Then in 12-15 years see if you want to revisit the idea. State isn't worth permanently screwing up your lymbic system and becoming Al Bundy looking back on the glory days, google the Al Bundy reference, well before your time

    I used to eat a lot, I stopped because vyvanse reduces your appetite by a lot! I'm going to hop back to a like a 5000 calorie diet.

    I'd suggest you visit our nutrition forum and spend lots of time researching. There's a fair chance that your account will be suspended in view of the fact that you are only 15 years old.

    5000cals will make you fat btw, please go and do some reading.

    If you start aas now you can say goodbye to your wonderful young sex life. Having all that muscle but not being able to get a hard on with a bad ass girl isn't worth. Just eat and train hard. Should only take you a few years to do naturally what most of us would take 5+ even on aas.

    At your age, where you are no where near fully developed, yes. All sorts of negative consequences can come form it, plus you haven't even seen what your body can do naturally. Take time, put in the work and do it the right way

    BCAAs, a good solid protein powder, experiment with some creatine( helped me a ton when I was young and fairly new to the gym) multi vitmin and a good diet. The key will be consistency and a willingness to learn. Study up on proper form, learn the lifts and programs suited to your goals. At your age you will see a ton of results, depending on where you are puberty wise, as long as you consistently put in the work. My first year of doing it right I put on 30lbs of lean mass. It's amazing how much you can grow and how quickly when you're young

    Yes it is completely bad lol and legal pro hormones turn into test in your body so it's the same stuff in a sense. Also if your seeing no gains and you actually do work out hard its cuz ur only eating 500-600 calories !!! My first meal is 500 cal dude you have a lot to learn and at 15 you should worry about school and girls man and train right and diet right that's it.

    6" 230lbs, at 19% BF and you're only eating 300-600 cal a day and doing 1-3 hours combat sports and wrestling a day?

    I eat 1200 calories for breakfast. I eat more by 9am than you do in 2 days.

    lmfaooo this kid has to be trolling. im 31 now but i think when i was like 21-21 i was on this or another AS site trying to use egropharms 1-ad they all told me no but i did it anyways. i didnt really notice shit except a limp dick lol. this guy 18 man come on now. he should be worrying about protein powder and not even creatine tbh and he talking steroids?

    Alright.... I am not sure about BF or calorie intake that much, but 300-600 is a stupid estimate anyhow, my bad.. I know I am 6 feet and 230 pounds. I was eating very little for like a week or two cause of vyvanse, but am back to normal. I eat like 3 eggs for breakfast, chicken soup for lunch, and some protein for dinner. Barely any carbs though. I HAVE to be 18 to be a member, so we'll leave it at that. I wanted to take winstrol, and was wondering if there is anything I should stack it with. I was told to lay off roids though... I don't know what I'm doing yet....

    Yea I will..... But I see a lot of skewed shit though. People telling me lean meat is good, when others are telling me It should be really fatty....don't know who to believe.
