Last week I was performing some sumo style deadlifts. On my last set I felt a small strain, it felt like it was on my calf. I didn't care much since it was small and I figured it'll go away. This morning I was maxing out on Deadlift off a deficit and when I went for a new PR a felt a sharp pain on what I thought it was my calf. I been messing around it all day, and these pictures point to where most my pain comes from. I am finding it a little hard to climb the stair, and get out of my Jeep. Today when I DL I felt the pain in the inner portion of my calf, but now that I think about it, the pain might of come from here. I been looking around online and the only thing I can find is about Osgood schlatters, but that's more for teens. I am 22 going to 23. Anyone can help me out here?
