If you're bulking on a 500 surplus and you want to cut with clen, should you eat a week at maintenance, followed by a week at a 250 deficit, followed by the rest of the weeks with a 500 deficit , or you can just hop on a 500 deficit ?

I'd not recommend anyone starts a cut by taking clen...
Use clen or other drugs to break a plateau.... Why use it when you don't need to?

Ah your 18. Can really recommend you using clen. You may need to just prepare better for the next comp. Use what you have learned this time and don't make the same mistakes.
You only need to lose approx 1lb a week to reach your goals. If you can't do that you have no business even thinking about a thermogenic.
