Thank you Samson.
Nice job there! Your hard work shows.
What's your next goal?
After I find my happy place at around a healthy 10% .... Start getting ready for next year, possibly competeOriginally Posted by Giggle
Yes I know it's low, very low but I know it's possible. It doesn't discourage me don't worry. I plan on being shredded. When I'm done building a bit more muscle, then I will shred. I'm taking things slow but it can and will be doneOriginally Posted by M302_Imola
Very cut in some areas and solid in others. Nice work.
Thanks a lot.Originally Posted by Fcastle357
No it isn't easy is it. You look great though. Doing better than me that's for sure. You have abs. GL if you decide to compete. Youre looking really lean in the mid section. That's the hardest place to lean up in so youre well on your way.
Thank you Java Man.Originally Posted by Java Man

CAPE!!!!!! Hey there darlin, was just talking about you today :-). I've been around. Stopped posting as much because of so much negativity but still reading and training lol. How the hell are you and that beard doingOriginally Posted by Capebuffalo
Lol that's good to hear. And thanks it's good to hear from you again.... Thank you I'm trying lol.Originally Posted by Capebuffalo
Just curious, what are your lifts like? & stats
You look strong as fuark, with big ass delts, bi's and quads as big as mine(just not as fat, lol)
Currently 150 lbs 5'5". Last I checked a few weeks ago I was 15%bf.Originally Posted by < <Samson> >
as far as lifts.... I lift heavy lol.
Most of my routines consist of full supersets and full working sets from head to toe. Diet is strict with carb cycling for leg days since that's where I'm trying to build the most. I intend on trying to shred down in about February or March. But I've come a long way from a much higher bf level.
Cool shit
Rock on. . . . lol
HOLY SHIT! great progress!
keep it up..... you look great!
Hazard hey there. Thank you very much. Feels good to be where I am but not done yet lolOriginally Posted by Hazard

good to hear from you!
I've been away for awhile too. I've been ill and lost alot of weight. and since all the gym weight is gone, and really not going to the gym, (it's been three months), kind of feel like a poser by giving advice and posting here when it probably looks like im not much of a gym rat anymore. it's been bumming me out, but i think after the holidays, i'll be in a good place to resume where i lefft off.
Sorry to hear that YOU are in a funky spot. But we all know it's a slippery slope. Just remind yourself, one day put off is one less day closer to being back where you want to be. But we all go through it.Originally Posted by Times Roman
You would never be a poser, you have tons of knowledge wrapped in that tinker of yours and it's wonderful that you share it
You'll be back, I have faith in ya Roman. Good to hear from you
