let's say when you are bulking
let's say when you are bulking
Well... it increase water retention, and on cycle you are already very prone to that.
it gives more strength more nothing to compare with testosterone boost...
So it seems pretty useless to use on cycle...
Yes I would use Creatine while on Cycle and I have used it in my last PH Cycle to give me that little bit of extra strength, endurance, energy and bulk I always get from using it.
I believe that certain compounds especially PH's tend to work synergistically well when stacked with Creatine so using it for that extra 'PowW' is not going to hurt your pocket since its reasonably cheap but I tend to go for the Creapure or Ethyl Ester versions which seem to work work for me.
However if you are using a dry compound then know that Creatine tends to retain more water in the body so when you finish your cycle don't be surprised when you come off Creatine that you might loose some of that water bulk you gained while on it... but it shouldn't effect your hard earned gains while on a AAS or PH (Designer Steroids) cycle unless you don't do the proper PCT with the appropriate SERM.

its astounding how much money creatine rakes in
absolutely blows my mind, considering the results it delivers (next to nothing)
the whole supplement industry runs on selling people extremely mediocre shit. god forbid they actually work well, that's wrong and illegal.
if it isnt clear, no i would not use creatine on cycle.
yea, I usually use Creatine monoidrate (the only one who I can prove works on me) during the off season...I just thought that my muscle would retein more creatine while on steroid so I could get some benefit in supply it.
I guess using Creatine off-cycle would probably help anyone wanting to preserve or retain that bloated or puffy look after using certain AAS or PH compounds such as Dianabol or Superdrol (oral AAS & PH), since you will loose a lot of the water retention when you come off these compounds and through PCT....loosing that extra weight over lean mass in PCT might not be ideal for some so you could start a Creatine cycle 4-5 days before entering PCT and cycle that every 4 to 8 weeks then take two weeks off before starting another cycle.
I personally don't normally cycle Creatine less than 6 to 8 weeks whether it's on cycle or off. I tend to use Creapure which is a pure micronised version of Creatine Monohydrate, pure meaning free from impurities such as heavy metals etc.....although I also use Creatine Ethyl Ester.
Creatine is probably the mostly researched and case studied supplement there is over the last 30 years....if not one of the safest too, having said that it is very cheap to produce and because we have abundant supply and demand for it from all areas of life the price won't be going up anytime soon
Yeah the Creatine industry is more popular than ever and it seems every nutrition or supplement company is selling the stuff so that's a indication on how popular it is...but let's not forget that the Nutrition and supplement industry is a multi-billion or trillion industry.....and Creatine supplements are just one of many to choose or not to choose from lol!
If your into Strength training, weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, endurance training then Creatine is going to be of interest because of the ATP source of energy it gives....lol sounds like I'm selling the stuff but honest I'm not....just I've been using it now for around 7 years, if it wasn't effective I wouldn't bother with it...but it works for me and everyone is different so it might not work the same for you....

I use it every day on or off cycle its a habit now to have a scoop daily.
Creatine is fine on or off cycle.
Well since the point of creatine is to draw water into the muscle...in other words "hydrating"the muscle of course I would continue taking it whether or off of a cycle.
Creatine is a good year round supplement.
Respectfully disagree. Read this and save the site. Probably the best unbiased vitamin/supplement site there is:
Creatine - In-Depth Scientific Supplement Information | Examine.com
Agreed, it may be used year round.
All i'm saying is the benefit it will give compared to testosterone is useless.
It's like lot of people say anavar is useless with tren. because tren overpower var. same thing with it
Test way overpower creatine. I personally don't see the point in using it.
but yeah is he wants he can run it Year round.
Just won't give enough benefit to make it worth it IMO.
For further comment read this.
I didn't want to open a thread regarding what is creatine and what does it do...that will go in the supplement thread and If I wanted to know that I would have google it myself. What I'm specifically talking about is the use of creatine on cycle. Asking if the interaction with steroids would be beneficial for the creatine so if my body will retain more creatine.
It's like pouring some sweet n low into a full sugar coke
Prior to last cycle, I got my baseline blood work done
I was taking creatine, my level was 81
I stopped the creatine and jumped on test 500
Mid cycle, my creatine level was 121
well steroids are androgens, androgens make your body produce more creatine in skeletal muscle so further supplementing with creatine would in theory be beneficial as it would introduce more creatine into your muscles thus more adp to atp conversion, which would inturn allow your muscle to push out a few extra reps resulting in more growth.
i dont thing steroids allow your body to retain more creatine though
