Hi

Please can I have some feedback on my latest blood results. I have only posted ones that are out reference range. If you need the full list I can post. The blood was taken in the Philippines and they could not do estradiol sensitive.

they are slightly off nothing to be concerned about. FSH and LH are expected to shutdown while on TRT, next time save you money. you need to supplement with vitamin D, just jump right to 10,000 ius ed, maybe even 20,000 ed the first 4 weeks then 10,000 ed thereafter. what is your complete protocol?

as bass said, what is your complete protocol (testosterone dosage, do you take hcg, or an ai?).
Also more importantly how do you FEEL?

Hi, my protocol is
1ml Test E split Mon and Thr
4units (insulin syringe) HCG Tue and Fri
Liquidex occasionally if I get to feel a bit emotional, maybe twice a month 2.5mg
Cialis 2.5mg a day.
Question Bass, Vit D, can I get this from a pharmacy?10,000 ius, how many units on an insulin syringe.

Adex should be used only if needed and if it's needed it would be consistently, not in a random fashion. Vit D3 can be purchased anywhere, cheap.

I get mine from Walmart and it's very effective, cheap too!

Kelkel,apart from blood tests how do you know if you need adex. I would say a take about 0.2ml once a week.

Blood work is the best indicator, but in time you'll learn how to read the signs and adjust accordingly. for me when low I get muscle and joint ache, also my skin rankles. when too high my face gets fat and feel bloated, also my cuticles get very dry and skin starts peeling off.
