Sure, low dose T is optimal to maintain gains but I believe it is important to let your receptors reload. So,going off everything would be optimal.

Do you think since this was my first cycle I should give my body a chance to rest and maybe run a cycle like that in the long run. With it being my first cycle I'm worried about coming off and losing gains while I wait for my pct to kick in.

Finish @ 12 weeks, PCT, and allow your body to recover. If you are eating and lifting correctly you shouldn't see a loss of gains.

Okay that's what I will do but it just seems like it will be forever before I can juice again. My understanding is if you run a 12 week cycle you should rest for 12 weeks and then start again. But when does the 12 weeks start. After last test injection, starting the first day you start pct which for me would be 2 weeks after my last test injection. Or does the 12 week rest period off gear start when you finish pct. if that's the case it would be more like 4 and a half months before I can cycle again.

Time on plus pct = Time off So if your cycle was 12 weeks and pct was 4 you really should be off for 16 weeks.

You'll survive the time off. Consider your long term health. Further it's your first cycle. It would be a good idea to pull some BW after a couple months and see exactly how you recovered.

To further what MI said above, too many guys come off cycle and lose motivation which = poor training and poor nutrition. That means they basically just "rented" the size from their cycle. Do things correctly and you can own it. Don't fall into the trap that so many others do.

Great reply Kel and spot on. Most guys who lose size haven't been following the fundamentals: nutrition and training.

You can't maintain any size-able gains if you don't feed yourself correctly!

Chest n back you had lots of problems with the cycle with lots of sides.
Give it a rest bro. Maybe 6 months to year while you educate your self more so you are better prepared.

Sounds like there is more to the story! Good call Fit. If he struggled with sides etc., a longer break would be beneficial. Blood work around 12-16 weeks post cycle would be beneficial. CMP, CBC, and lipid analysis would be the minimum diagnostic tests. If also recommend a serum PSA to confirm no abnormal levels.
