    Need to lose the final 10 pounds

    I have until oct 4 to get below 200.. I'm at 210 fully clothed, down from 240+.

    The last two weeks I've only lost 1 pound a week.

    I workout 5 days a week and cardio 5-6 days a week for 30-40min.

    Calories 2100 or under, mostly protein, low fat/carbs, only complex carbs.

    Should I just go balls to the wall cardio everyday and cut out lifting? Any suggestions on how to tweak my routine to cut out the last few pounds.

    I'm 28 years old, 5'10 210.

    Can you detail the workout a bit more?

    Why would you cut out weight training? I think a modest estimate is burning 250-400 kcals during intense weight training....instead of the sustained intensity for your cardio, why not try HIIT?

    definitely dont cut the lifting, what does your diet look like?
