I have until oct 4 to get below 200.. I'm at 210 fully clothed, down from 240+.
The last two weeks I've only lost 1 pound a week.
I workout 5 days a week and cardio 5-6 days a week for 30-40min.
Calories 2100 or under, mostly protein, low fat/carbs, only complex carbs.
Should I just go balls to the wall cardio everyday and cut out lifting? Any suggestions on how to tweak my routine to cut out the last few pounds.
I'm 28 years old, 5'10 210.
