    Accidental overdose (t3)

As the title reads i was rushed to work 2 days ago and when I got home I wasn't sure if i had taken my t3 dose which is regularly 100 mcg. So i convinced myself that I forgot to take the dose, so i took another 100mcg. Well now 2 days later i feel like absolute shit. I had to leave the gym after 15 minutes. I can barely walk up the stairs let alone workout. The lethargy is insane. Should I eat some more food to compensate for the extra t3. Really was an honest dumb mistake

You'll be fine. Nothing to worry about. You did not OD.

You think I should eat more tho Ive been extremely lethargic today and yesterday. Yesterday it wasnt too bad although i dragged my workout and cardio. But today was ridiculous.

You'd be hard pressed to OD on T3.
    Just sleep it off.
You can eat some sweets as a pick-me-up if you want, but it isn't necessary.

Its been going on for 2 days. If it continues tomorrow as well should i just increase my carb intake pre workout?

Doesn't matter. Don't over think it. Whatever you're feeling will go away. Food isn't going to do much. Relax, get some rest and be done with it.
