So, I am 34 and looking for an edge. I am also not looking to be swayed in a different direction, rather guided in the appropriate direction.
I just came across 60ml of liquid Winny and have decided to give it a go. I played soccer in college and have done my best to stay active in sports since getting married and kids. I am desperate to get back into elite form and need some help. I am 6 foot 195lbs and should probably be closer to 175-180.
What I need is some help in doing this the right way. I just started cross fit and play soccer on the weekends. I am looking to get lean and slightly built, but prefer to gather the rest of the items needed, over the counter. Please help with suggestions to get me to my goal safely and efficiently.
