last i checked it was 18% and if it matters here is my diet:
Meal 1) 4 whole eggs
spinach
onion
Meal 2) 5 oz chicken breast(or turkey)
1/2 avocado
Large salad(lettuce, carrots...whatever veggie you want within reason)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil and apple cider vinegar
Meal 3) 2 scoops whey protein
1 cup strawberries
Meal 4) 5 oz Lean red meat
4 oz sweet potato
2 cups green veg.(broccoli, asparagus, etc.)
Meal 5) 5 oz chicken breast
1/2 avocado
1 cup rice (brown, jasmine, basmati. Brown is a good choice)
Large salad
1 Tablespoon Olive oil and apple cider vinegar
Meal 6) 5 oz red meat
4 oz sweet potato
1 cup green veg.
Post work out: 2 scoops whey protein
1 cup pineapple (fresh)
Intra workout: 1 bottle of G2 Gatorade
15gm BCAA
10gm Glutamine
