Im never hungry when I take this I have to force myself to eat. I guess I can use this as part of my diet plan. The only thing im worried about is sending my body into shock from dropping my calorie intake.

Like most stimulants, it acts as an appetite suppressant. I've taken adderall. It destroys my appetite. It's very addictive and has a high abuse potential. Hopefully its a short term treatment for you, especially a 30mg XR/PR dose.

You're not going to go into shock from not eating unless you become severely hypoglycemic (which is rare unless you're using insulin or on certain meds). So I wouldn't worry about that theory.
