    Hey everyone, so I decided to finally get on the gear. I've been researching and browsing the forums for a while now and I think I am ready.
    I figured I would Introduce myself since I plan on sticking around the forums for a while.

    Call me Mike,
    Im 23 (will be 24 in october)
    5'10
    178 lbs
    ~11-12% BF
    (I tried to post pict but not enough posts yet... Ill get to it)
    Cycle History: None
    Training: 3 yrs seriously. 4yrs Total
    I started at 215lbs/~30% BF and got to 148lbs/~9%BF my first year of training and I have been bulking 4months/cutting 1 month since then.
    Goals: Through my first cycle I am hoping I can keep a good 15lbs of lean mass post PCT and going to try to add some serious weight to my main lifts. I want to come out of this first cycle looking meatier and more aesthetic.

    Im currently on my second month of bulking from my most recent summer cut and am looking forward to the gains I can accomplish using my first cycle.

    I eat around 3500-4000 calories a day.
    Here is a sample day of eating from the calorie tracker I use MyFitnessPal:

    Meal 1 - Protein Shake

    1 Cup of Oats
    1 Cup Blueberres
    Medium Banana
    2tbls Peanut Butter
    2 Scoops of Whey
    1 Cup of Almond Milk

    Meal 2 - 2 Breakfast sandwiches

    2 Whole Medium Eggs each
    5 slices of ham each
    2 Slices of Yellow Cheese Each
    2 12Grain Breads Each

    Meal 3 -

    7oz Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Brown Rice
    1 Cup Mixed Vegetables

    Meal 4 - Same as 3

    Meal 5 (Post Workout) - Protein Shake Same as Meal 1

    I get myself 7-8 hrs of sleep every night and sometimes have a 2 hr nap midDay.
    I also train with intensity every time I walk in the gym and Im out in an hr to an hr & half.
    My current Routine is a 4day Split.
    Chest/Tri's
    Back/Bi's
    Shoulders/Traps
    Legs
    Repeat


    OK now to get to the GOODIES...

    What I wanted to really start with on my first cycle was:

    ~~~CANT POST CYCLE, NOT ENOUGH POSTS~~~

    From what I have ready ^^^This Would be Ideal for minimal sides, Good Gains, & Quick Recovery.

    As soon as I am able to find the right gear, I will start a log on here to track my progress. Im aiming to start hopefully by my upcoming Birthday on October. I am really excited and looking forward to getting to know a lot of you guys. From everything I have read I see that most of you are awesome and really care to help the noobies like myself.
