Thread: Lat injections....

    Lat injections....

About a week ago now I injected 1ml of test prop and 1ml of stana into my right lat... The next day the pain was quite bad and stuck around for almost a week. The corking was so bad I had to have nurofen plus and work around it with training and was restricted to how i could move my arm. I need to continue these lat injections due to my comp prep cycle (pinning 2mls of oil every day)

    My question is...
Is this normal when injecting into a new spot? (There was no heat coming from the injection site, just a lump hung around for about 5 days)
What are some tips for lat injects?
I pinned into the fatest part of my lat about four fingers down from my armpit and deep... Is this right?

Ive never injected into my lats, why would you hit that area when there are loads of other places what are far easier

I use my shoulders, butt (has scar tissue) and legs need more places so I can minimise scar tissues and over use...

Lats are in my rotation. You have to pay special attention to holding the needle still. It is an awkward place. The knot sounds like the needle moved and you injected too fast. Slow down and take your time. You will be fine.
