Shoulder soreness/ muscle soreness in back

I didnt know if I should put this in the injuries section or where, since it isnt really an injury, but it is soreness that is keeping me from getting good workouts in.

I have been having issues with just overall soreness in my right shoulder. I cant really pin point an area down, its a soreness in my whole shoulder. I felt it mostly one shoulder days when doing a certain military press machine. I noticed it happen 2 or 3 times on the same machine, so I started avoiding that machine and doing military presses free weight with dumbells instead and it seemed to help. Now today I was doing chest and tri's and the soreness popped back up in the same area again. I noticed it a little bit after doing bench, it wasnt to bad though. I did machine tricep pushdowns and it started to bother me enough, that my tricep workout was done for the day. This soreness seems to be a reoccuring thing now, what can I do about it?

I have also noticed that I seem to pull a muscle in my back, right beside/behind my right shoulder blade easily also. I did it one day doing smith machine shoulder shrugs, and then pulled the same muscle maybe 2 weeks later doing curls with the curl bar.

Any ideas why I may be having these issues or what I could do to prevent them?

Use press from chest on a bench angle of 15° (almost upright) and manipulate you arm position dependent on which delt u wish to work. Use free weight too if loss but on barbel
