    var cycle for women

    what is the absolute longest a woman should take var?

    also, when I take my mid cycle bw, is there something that would pop out telling me my var. is actually dbol since it's commonly faked with that? thanks

    Depends on how you handle var. Some are on year round... If your var is dbol, you'd notice more water retention and strong back pumps. Var tends to cause shin pumps more than anything.

    ^^^ really, one year?! I thought its no difference for men or women. for longer periods I suggest some liver support like NAC.

    2, 3, 4 and 5 years even. Low dose primo as well. Male models are known to do this as well. Agree with NAC, should be used daily by everyone, on or off cycle.

    Although less risks to liver for women on anavar than for men because of the very low doses, correct? That's one reason they can stay on an oral much longer?

    At the doses that women typically use, one would expect there to be minimal stresses on the liver. Especially with an orall that's already known for it's low toxicity...

    Stress on liver is very manageable. Toxicity from anavar is not an issue, ever.

    Let's bet back to Zodia's topic.

    I assume:

    1. women produce some of their own Test.
    2. using anavar will shut this down?
    3. This is not a big concern because it such small amounts?
    4. If they used anavar for years, they might not begin producing their own test when they stop?

    I say similar to men as far as shut down, but not as bad.

    From what I have read so far, burst cycles are kind of better than super long runs. Do 6-8 weeks on, take a month off.

    I have no idea what kind of sides you will have from staying on for a real long period of time.

    I think I'm going to do a 12 week cycle. really nervous about ending up with dbol and having bad sides. my husband has done tons of research so hopefully we will get the real deal.

    also, does anyone know what kind of gains I should expect? I strength train( not bb) so my main focus is squat, bench, dl. just curious if anyone knows how much I could expect my lifts to increase over the 12 weeks.
