    Any GOOD whole wheat pizza dough recipes??

    I found a few online but they were kinda crappy and used mostly white flour

    100% whole wheat baker's flour
    68% water (give or take)
    2% salt
    1% improver
    1% olive oil

    so eg.
    1kg flour
    680ml water
    20g salt
    10g improver
    10ml oil
