is my test level ok?

I live in oz and know the normal range may still be even low. These are my results

Test 19.6 nmol/L (8.0 - 27.9)

I know I should have more details but that's all I have. Any thoughts?

Low is usually 300 or less.

What time of the day was the test taken?

according to deadliftingdog he is at 565....not a BAD level but far from upper range bass!
