    Question Shark cartilage supplementation

I have been supplementing with shark cartilage for a few years now to help with my all the wear that playing sports most of my life, lifting & my career places on my joints. Believe it or not it was my dentist of all people that recommended it to me, he has taken it for years for an old neck injury & swears by it.

Can anyone recommend a quality brand that you like? The one I have been buying is no longer stocked at the local supplement shop in town, the shop owner said it's been discontinued for some reason. He is looking for a new brand to stock but it's low on his priority list.

    Thanks for the help.

Lol only thing I know about sharks is they no not get cancer. That's why people take shark cartilage. No real proof that I know of that it does anything.

I have looked around on the interweb briefly. It's difficult to make a decision between the 472 different brands that pop up. Just seeing if anyone here has any positive experiences with particular brands.

Do you take rhino horn too? Not only are shark cartilage supplements a catalyst for declining shark populations, but the "science" behind its use is non-existent. Read any credible journal or study, and you will quickly realize what a bunch of crock shark cartilage supplements are. Even the logic behind its use to combat cancer is wrong as there are several recorded cases of sharks with malignant tumors.

Check known brands such as LEF and NOW Foods.

BBFan, rhino horn is overrated, but sea turtle shell and bald eagle beak make some great joint supplements.

Lmao. I am afraid to post anything during the week now! I try to keep my posts hidden, but you are always on to see them. You can put most of the blame on yourself though. I primarily check your threads, and I couldn't help myself from posting in this one when I came across it. I have noticed all of your disclaimers of not messaging questions to you anymore, so I decided to take a few weeks off from messaging. I don't want to experience your wrath!
