What's up guys? I'm running a small 8-10 week test trop cycle and I was just curious on a couple of things. I'm about three weeks in and the soreness after pinning my quads has gone down tremendously. However, when I pin my delts, the soreness is almost unbearable still. You couldn't pay me to do a lateral raise this morning, haha. Sleeping even sucks sometimes.
I run 1cc of Test Prop EOD.
What are some ways to possibly limit this ridiculous delt pain, or do I just have to battle my way through? And also, since I'm still running beginner-level cycles, should I even be pinning delts…or would other areas work better.
This cycle, I've pinned as of:
1. Left quad
2. Right quad
3. Right delt
4. Left delt
(repeat)
